2. Shortlist
We pick a few homes that fit. Each comes with its full cost in writing.
3. Visit
We go with you. On video if you live abroad.
4. Check
We check the MahaRERA page, the approvals, the title and the builder's past work.
5. Close and after
We help with the loan, the agreement and the registration. Then we stay in touch.
What we will never do
- Push you to buy.
- Hide a cost.
- Show you a project that is not on MahaRERA.
- Claim a deal or an award we do not have.
